Roy's 1958 Chevy Belair

Roy purchased this car from a dealer in North Carolina in November of 2006. He was looking for a vehicle to have fun with and also use as an everyday driver. He spoke to the owner at 10am on a Wednesday morning, and after a lengthy conversation and the review of photos of the car, we sent a small deposit via Western Union. The owner had the car delivered to Roy's front door by the next day!! (Thursday). The car was exactly as explained and Roy paid him the balance.

:LISRA Member Jerry Prinzivalli of J.P. Auto World did all if the mechanical modifications to make the car both safe and fun to drive. Jerry also encouraged Roy to join LISRA! Roy says, "I am so glad I did because I have met so many nice, well informed car people."

Roy's sweet '58 is powered by a 350 CI small block Chevy with a four barrel carb backed by a 700R4 transmission. Other modifications include coil springs, dual master cylinder with power brakes, power steering, aluminum radiator, a rebuilt engine, and 15" rally wheels.

The car is painted in Anniversary Gold and Arctic White with a gold interior.
