Rob's Chevy Nova

This is Bob Holme's excellent example of a mid 1960's muscle car.

Since purchasing the car in 2008, Bob has replaced the Powerglide transmission with a Turbo 350 with a shift kit, installed an Auburn Posi Rear, MSD Ignition, power brakes, and the streeing box and column.

With some help from his son and fellow LISRA member Mike Palucci, the car was stripped down to bare metal. After some minor body work, Bob Jr. painted the car Nighthawk Black with silver stripes.

Bob also installed a CCP tubular front end, power windows, and replaced all the glass.

The car is powered by a 350 CI Chevy engine topped with a 650 Demon Carbureator.

Future plans include AC.

Bob states, "The car is a dailey driver and lots of fun!".

Sure looks like it Bob!!!
