FEATURED RIDE - Gary reuter

The car was originally built in the late ‘90s but it was mechanically perfected by Don Schleich in the mid 2000s.  I have owned the car for 4 years and it’s been a joy to drive.  It is an all steel 1937 Ford Coupe that has been modified to have Tudor sedan doors which are 6 inches longer than the stock coupe doors.  The car has a 454 LS6 big block engine with dual Holly 850 CFM carbs and a Weiand 6-71 blower.  It has a turbo 400 transmission, a Mark Williams narrowed 9 inch rear end with 3.89 gears, and polished stainless steel exhaust from the headers all the way back to the tips.  It is painted House of Colors Silver White Pearl and Kosmic Kandy Purple.  Among many other awards the car has received, it was the winner of the Inaugural Street Rodder Magazine Top 10 National competition and also earned a Pigeon Forge Top 25 Pick.  It is very “streetable” and locally driven.
