The Long Island Street Rod Association is committed to fostering education and inspiring public interest in the fundamentals of street rodding.

We do this by taking part in different community, and charitable events, car displays, demonstrations, and exhibitions.  

We design rod runs, hold parades, outings, meetings, and other events to promote our membership. These efforts encourage a better understanding of street rodding.

We pay specific attention to the enhanced design and technology, operational safety, fail-safe mechanical systems, and correct handling of street rods in compliance with the governing standards.
